Over the last four years, I’ve had the honor to work with some incredible online influencers and entrepreneurs to help them launch their offers and build up their businesses. 

A few that I've worked with longer terms, 8-18 months, have crossed the 7-figure mark with the work we’ve done together.

We built their business to a point where they can now hire someone internal to be dedicated to their team for launches and projects. 

I love when working with a client grows their business to a point where they've outgrown their need for me...they now need a dedicated resource (maybe not the best client retention strategy...). 

I still talk to many of my clients and their teams and get brought in for strategy consults, and I love that continued connection with them and their growth.  

I’ve been fortunate to run a very small boutique business, only working with a small number of clients each year and have helped generate 3M+ in launch revenue. That kind of impact is a pretty great feeling.

The Universe Gives Nudges

This all started six years ago with an unpleasant conversation with my new boss, a middle-age white man clinging to the old ways and new to our company, sitting me down and the gist of the conversation was, you make a lot of money for what you do.

To say I was insulted and peeved is an understatement. 
The gaul of him. After my previous boss had just given me a promotion he said was well deserved after running a very successful 10M+ IT data center migration project (a little bit techy here).

48 hours later I had given my notice. Yes, I'm a Quickstart. 

Sidenote: Quickstart is a Kolbe A Index Assessment reference which is such a helpful tool I use with all my clients. It helps you understand how you instinctually take action.  

The thing is that I wasn't prone to changing jobs in haste like that.
I had worked there for over 7 years.
And I definitely didn't have a plan or much of a savings. 

What I did have was a little bit of inspiration, from just started a 9 month coach training program with iPEC three weeks earlier.

Btw...I do not recommend quitting without a plan or a financial cushion, especially if you're not hard wired to press through stress and pressure. Otherwise, your mindset can really make it so much harder to get going when you're worried about your basic needs. 

To say the least, it was a bumpy ride in those early days and A LOT of learning lessons.

I was excited about coaching.

Truth be told, I had always been coaching people but didn't realize it and definitely wasn't making a living at it. 

But I had no idea what I was in for. Maybe you can relate?

And I certainly didn't set out to manage and coach people around launches.
But the Universe has a funny way of presenting you with the steps on your path stone by stone. Once in awhile it'd be nice to see the whole path though. But I'm super grateful for it all now. Oh the hindsight. 

Even though I wanted to leave my background in IT project management far behind me, the Universe had other plans.
An opportunity presented itself where my project management background and my coaching melded together. 

And things started to fall in place, referral after referral, to create the business I have today.

I feel incredibly grateful and fortunate that all of my launch management clients have been by referral. 


Now I'm super excited about the future, stepping out from behind-the-scenes into the next evolution of my business so that I can help even more women launch their courses, programs, memberships and other offers to build their businesses through coaching, intensives and masterminds.
